What is the difference between signing up for a membership through ThrivePass and getting reimbursed?

Modified on Tue, Aug 10, 2021 at 3:10 PM

ThrivePass partners with several vendors to provide offerings at special prices through the Marketplace. If you make a purchase from the Marketplace, we can directly apply the funds from your wallet to your purchase. If the amount in your wallet does not cover the entire purchase amount, we can collect the remaining balance with a credit or debit card.

Please note marketplace offerings will change based on the spending categories designated for each wallet and that not every wallet will have marketplace offerings.

For monthly memberships or subscriptions that are purchased through the Marketplace, we always ask for a credit card. You will not be charged unless you do not have enough funds available in your wallet to cover the Marketplace purchase.

If you do not find what you are looking for on our Marketplace, you can still be reimbursed for an eligible purchase. Once you have made a purchase, you will apply for reimbursement and receive your reimbursement through one of the reimbursement methods provided. These options vary from company to company so please review your program guidelines to understand what options are available to you.
