If you have made an out-of-pocket purchase for an eligible item, you can submit for a reimbursement request. Your company outlines what is eligible for reimbursement under each wallet.
Eligibility will differ in each wallet. You can review eligibility by clicking each category tile on the reimbursement page in your Thrive Account, or by using the All That’s Eligible search bar to see if your expense matches an eligible category. If you are unsure if a specific purchase is eligible for reimbursement, please reach out to our Support Team here to confirm.
