Before submitting a reimbursement request, you must first receive enrollment approval. Once approved, you can submit your reimbursement directly through your ThrivePass account (see your Help Center for step-by-step instructions).

After your reimbursement request is submitted, it may take up to 2 business days for our team to review and process it.

Once processed, reimbursements typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account. If you have not received your funds after this timeframe, please contact Support for assistance.Payroll:
If your reimbursement is paid through payroll, the timing will depend on your company’s payroll schedule. Please reach out to your Payroll Team for specific details on when to expect payment.
