How Long Does It Take to Be Reimbursed?

Before submitting a reimbursement request, you must first receive enrollment approval. Once approved, you can submit your reimbursement directly through your ThrivePass account (see your Help Center for step-by-step instructions).

Processing Time

After your reimbursement request is submitted, it may take up to 2 business days for our team to review and process it.

Reimbursement Timing by Payment Method

  • Direct Deposit:
    Once processed, reimbursements typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account. If you have not received your funds after this timeframe, please contact Support for assistance.

  • Payroll:
    If your reimbursement is paid through payroll, the timing will depend on your company’s payroll schedule. Please reach out to your Payroll Team for specific details on when to expect payment.
