Once a reimbursement request is submitted, it can take our team up to 2 business days to process your reimbursement request. Once successfully processed, the timeline for reimbursement can be found below:

Direct Deposit:

Tuition reimbursements can take up to 5-7 business days to reach your bank account. If you do not receive your reimbursement within that time frame, please contact us at support@thrivepass.com or submit a form here.
