What is the tuition reimbursement program?

If your company is enrolled in the tuition reimbursement program, they will provide you with a subsidy solely intended for continued education. Examples of eligible reimbursements could include college coursework, online learning subscriptions, books, trainings, certifications, or industry-related memberships. Please check your program guidelines to confirm what is eligible under your program. Your program guidelines can be found from your account. Please access your Tuition/Development tab by logging into your ThrivePass account. From there, you can access your "Tuition Guide", which is the plan made by your employer that outlines the details of the program (eligible expenses, subsidy amount, etc).
