Once your reimbursement request is approved, the time you receive your reimbursement can vary based on the reimbursement method. Please note we have a two business day processing time for all requests.
For Direct Deposits: Deposits can take 5-7 business days from the date your reimbursement request is approved.
For PayPal: Deposits can take 1-3 business days from the date your reimbursement request is approved.
For Gift Cards: It can take up to 1 full business day (from the date your reimbursement request is approved) to receive an email to select your gift card. Once you select your gift card, you should receive a 2nd email within one hour with your gift card.
For Paycheck Reimbursements: The payout schedule is determined by your company. If you have any questions regarding the timeline of payouts, please reach out to your HR team or Payroll department.
