Your Thrive Account is funded by your employer. Any unused funds will be removed once we are notified by your employer of your departure.
If you currently have a membership with one of our Marketplace partners and use your Thrive Account to pay for it, you may have the option to continue your membership through ThrivePass. After we receive notice of your departure, a member of our support team will contact you to review your options. Please note that if you choose to cancel your membership, the partner’s standard cancellation policy will still apply. You will also continue to have access to your ThrivePass account using your alternate email address.
If you have a recurring reimbursement set up through ThrivePass, it will be canceled upon your departure.
