If your employer offers gift cards as a reimbursement method, you will have the option to receive a Mastercard gift card as reimbursement. After your reimbursement request is approved by our support team, you will receive an email from our partner Wishlist Rewards to select a Mastercard.
Please note that Mastercard gift cards expire after one year.
Virtual Mastercard Gift Cards
Once a PayMarked Virtual Mastercard has been selected in the Wishlist marketplace, you will receive a gift card activation email with the subject line “Your PayMarked Virtual Mastercard® gift card is here!"
In this email, click the button that says "View Card."
Clicking this will bring you to a new page that will have a photo of the card number, PIN, and expiration date.
Underneath this, there will be further instructions on how to activate the card, usage rules regarding these cards, a security code, and a link that will redirect you to http://getmybalance.com.
On the http://getmybalance.com website, copy the card number and security code into the requested fields.
If this is the first time you have selected a Mastercard, you will have to create a new account.
If you have selected a Mastercard in the past, you will still need to apply the card number and security code and you will not have to create a new account. Instead, you will just have to log in using your credentials. Once completed, this virtual card will be ready to use!
As a reminder, there are some rules regarding these cards. Please review the rules on the site. Here are the rules for additional clarity, listed below.
Can only be used for online purchases
Cannot be added to Apple Wallet
Cannot be used towards a recurring payment such as a subscription service
Cannot be added to your bank account
Cannot be used towards Instacart purchases
Cannot be used for purchases outside of the U.S.
If you would like to view your card balance or transaction history, you can log in to your http://getmybalance.com account at any point also using the “Register Card” link provided in the email described above.
Physical Mastercard Gift Cards
Upon selecting the PayMarked Physical Mastercard from our marketplace, $5 will be deducted from the reward total to cover the cost of shipping.
After the selection process, you will receive an email with the subject line "Your Physical PayMarked Mastercard is Processing!“
After receiving this email, your card will arrive at your provided address in roughly 2-3 weeks.
These cards will be delivered in a plain white envelope that can easily be mistaken for spam, so please ensure you check all unmarked envelopes during this time.
Once in your possession, the prepaid card can be used both online and in-person anywhere that accepts Mastercard.

If you do not receive your card three weeks after you've received your email, please let the Wishlist team know by emailing support@enjoywishlist.com. After they confirm your shipping address, they'll have their gift card processor resend this gift card to you.
