We have a goal to respond to all requests within two business days. The ThrivePass team is available Monday - Friday so a request submitted on the weekend would be reviewed by Tuesday.

*Some wallets have maximum balances.  Once the wallet balance has reached its max, the wallet will stop receiving funds until all or a portion of the funds have been used. In order to ensure you do not miss funds due to max balances, please be sure to submit reimbursement requests with all required documentation within 2 business days from the end of the month.
