Passwords should contain any 3 of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers or symbols and should contain at least 8 characters.
Keep in mind that if your company utilizes Single Sign-On, you will have to update your password directly on the platform you sign-in with (Google, Okta, Office365, etc.) and they will have their own set of requirements.
If you use your SSO to login to your ThrivePass account and need to reset your password, please contact your IT team as ThrivePass cannot reset your password.
