What Documents Can I Submit as Proof of Purchase?

Our team accepts several types of documentation, including a photo of a physical receipt, an emailed receipt, or a screenshot of your purchase confirmation. Please ensure your submission clearly shows all of the following:

  • Date of purchase (for memberships, this should be the current or immediately preceding month’s payment date)
  • Purchase amount
  • Description of the purchase (itemized details of what was purchased)
  • Merchant name


Alternative Proofs of Payment

Depending on your company’s reimbursement policy, the following may also be accepted, as long as all required information is visible:

  • Bank statements
  • Credit card statements
  • Digital payment records (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle, Facebook Pay)


Submissions That May Be Delayed or Rejected

The following issues can result in delays or denial:

  • Blurry or unreadable receipts
  • Blank or incomplete documentation
  • Corrupted or password-protected files
  • Receipts without itemized details
