- Purchase amount
- Description of the purchase (itemized details of what was purchased)
- Merchant name
Alternative Proofs of Payment
Depending on your company’s reimbursement policy, the following may also be accepted, as long as all required information is visible:
- Bank statements
- Credit card statements
- Digital payment records (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle, Facebook Pay)
