How does ThrivePass protect my information?

Modified on Thu, Jun 11, 2020 at 10:58 AM

Here at ThrivePass, we take the protection of your data seriously. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls and encrypted using SSL technology. Any payment transactions will be processed by a third-party (PayPal) encrypted using SSL technology.

Banking information protection:

  • Bank data is currently stored as-is in the database. The database itself is encrypted at rest. This means if someone physically enters the data center and takes the hard drive from the facility, the data will still be protected.

Credit Card data protection:

  • PCI Compliance: We use a third party payment processor (Braintree) that “touches” all credit card information. We merely get and store a token identifier from the payment processor to initiate charges.
