I forgot my password. What do I do?

If your company utilizes normal login through app.thrivepass.com (meaning you enter an email and password on the ThrivePass website), please follow the steps below when you have forgotten your password:

 

  1. If you have an email associated with your account, navigate to the login page here and click "Log In" 

  2. Enter your company email address and click “Next"

  3. Click on the link that says “Forgot Password?” 

  4. Enter the email associated with your account and click "Next"     
  5. You should receive an email from support@thrivepass.com with instructions to reset your password. If you aren’t finding the email, please check your Spam folder.
