Your password for ThrivePass may be changed if your company's logon allows for this. Keep in mind that if your company utilizes Single Sign-On, you will have to update your password directly on the platform you sign-in with (Google, Okta, Office365, etc.)
To change your password, please visit our login page and log into your account. From there, select "Settings" on the left hand side of your screen. On the account settings page, there is a button that says "Reset Password." Click on this and follow the prompts to create a new password. Passwords should contain any 3 of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers or symbols and should contain at least 8 characters.
