I am trying to login using single sign-on and it's not accepting my password. What do I do?

If you are trying to login via Single-Sign-In (SSO) and it’s not accepting your password, you will need to reset your password with the platform that you are signing into SSO with.


Ex: If your company uses Office365, you will need to change your password on Office365 in order to access your Thrive Account.
