My cost is higher than what is in my wallet. What amount should I indicate on my reimbursement request?

Please list the actual cost of the purchase as seen on your proof of payment. We will only reimburse you based on how much money you have available in your wallet.

For example, if your purchase costs $50 and you have $25 in your wallet, please enter the total cost of $50 when asked "How much did you pay?" during the reimbursement submission process. After the request has been approved, you will receive $25 for the reimbursement as that is the amount available in your wallet at the time of approval.
