This article explains the process of purchasing a gift card from the ThrivePass marketplace. Please note depending on your program guidelines, you may not have the option to shop the marketplace.
To access the Marketplace, please follow the directions below:
1. Access your Thrive Account
2. Click your Wallet
3. Click "Shop the Marketplace" and browse our large variety of gift card options
4. Select your desired gift card and complete the checkout process.
After you select your gift card and confirm your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 days for your gift card to be sent to your email. Please check your spam folder for your gift card, as these emails have a tendency to end up there.
If you happen to misplace or delete your gift card, please contact support@thrivepass.com and we will gladly resend your gift card.
