How to Receive and Access Your Marketplace Gift Card

Step 1: Order Confirmation

  • After purchasing a gift card, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
  • The confirmation format depends on your purchase type:
    • Single-Item Purchase: The email will show one item.
    • Shopping Cart Purchase: The email will show multiple items.
  • Within 3 business days, we’ll send your e-gift card along with redemption instructions.

Step 2: Check Transaction Status

  • While your transaction is processing, your Transaction Information page will display this message:
    “Redemption instructions will appear once your transaction is charged. Right now, it's still pending—hang tight!”
  • Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email notification that your gift card details are ready.

Step 3: Access Your Gift Card

  • If you log in with a username and password:
    • Your email will include a direct link to the Transaction Information page.
  • If you use Single Sign-On (SSO):
    • Your email will prompt you to log in manually and navigate to the Transaction Information page.

Step 4: Find Your Gift Card URL

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the Thrive Account tile.
  3. Select All Transactions.
  4. Find and click the row with your gift card purchase.
  5. Scroll to the bottom to view redemption instructions, including your Gift Card URL.
