Our Marketplace features a variety of vendors, each with their own shipping timelines. In most cases, physical items are delivered within one week of placing your order. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally happen. If your item has not arrived within two weeks, please contact our Support Team—we’re happy to help track your order and resolve any issues.
Digital Products (Gift Cards and Subscriptions)
Digital products, including subscriptions and gift cards, are fulfilled quickly:
- Subscriptions are processed shortly after purchase
- Gift cards are delivered securely through your Thrive Account
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access your gift card online. For security purposes, gift cards are no longer sent directly via email.
In most cases, digital delivery details are available within 24–48 hours of purchase.
