If your employer offers gift cards as a reimbursement option, you may choose to receive a Mastercard gift card. Once your reimbursement request is approved, you’ll receive an email from our partner, Wishlist Rewards, prompting you to select your preferred gift card—Mastercard will be one of the available options.
Please note: Mastercard gift cards expire after one year.
Virtual Mastercard Gift Cards
After selecting a PayMarked Virtual Mastercard in the Wishlist marketplace, you’ll receive an email titled “Your PayMarked Virtual Mastercard® gift card is here!”
To access your card:
- Click “View Card” in the email
- A page will display your card number, PIN, and expiration date
- Follow the instructions provided, including accessing getmybalance.com
- Enter your card number and security code
- First-time users will need to create an account
- Returning users can simply log in and register the new card
Once completed, your virtual card is ready to use.
Important usage rules:
- Online purchases only
- Cannot be added to Apple Wallet
- Cannot be used for recurring payments (e.g., subscriptions)
- Cannot be added to a bank account
- Not valid for Instacart purchases
- U.S. purchases only
You can check your balance or transaction history anytime at getmybalance.com.
Physical Mastercard Gift Cards
If you select a PayMarked Physical Mastercard, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your total reward.
After your selection:
- You’ll receive an email titled “Your Physical PayMarked Mastercard is Processing!”
- Your card will arrive by mail within approximately 2–3 weeks
Cards are shipped in a plain white envelope, so please be sure to check all mail carefully.
Usage rules:
- Can be used online and in-store anywhere Mastercard is accepted
- Cannot be added to Apple Wallet
- Cannot be used for recurring payments
- Cannot be added to a bank account
- Not valid for Instacart purchases
- U.S. purchases only
Additional notes:
- Tracking numbers are not available for these shipments
- If your card has not arrived within 3 weeks, contact Wishlist support at support@enjoywishlist.com to request a replacement
