If you've made an out-of-pocket purchase for an eligible item, you can submit a reimbursement request to be repaid using your available balance.
What is a reimbursement request? A reimbursement request is how you submit an eligible out-of-pocket expense to be covered using the funds in your Thrive Account wallet.
What's eligible for reimbursement? Eligibility is determined by your company and may vary depending on which wallet you're using. To check what's covered, you have two options:
- Browse by category — On the Reimbursements page in your Thrive Account, click any category tile to see what's eligible under that wallet.
- Search a specific expense — Use the All That's Eligible search bar to check whether your purchase matches an eligible category.
