We aim to review and respond to all requests within two business days. The ThrivePass team operates Monday through Friday, so requests submitted over the weekend are typically reviewed by Tuesday.
Please note: Some wallets have maximum balance limits. Once a wallet reaches its maximum, it will stop receiving additional funds until some or all of the balance has been used. To avoid missing out on funds, be sure to submit reimbursement requests with all required documentation within two business days after the end of the month.
