What’s the Difference Between a One-Time and Monthly Reimbursement?

Modified on Mon, Jun 15 at 10:14 AM

One-Time Reimbursement:
A one-time reimbursement is used for non-recurring expenses. You will be reimbursed once for the total cost, using your available funds.

  • If you need to set up an installment plan, select a one-time reimbursement—this is the only option where installment selections will appear.
  • Example: Paying for a full-year gym membership upfront instead of monthly.

Monthly Reimbursement:
A monthly reimbursement is for recurring expenses and is processed automatically each month based on the billing date shown on your proof of purchase.

  • Example: If your gym membership costs $30 and is billed on the 5th of each month, your reimbursement will be processed on the 5th each month using your available funds.

Important:
The timing of when you receive your reimbursement depends on the payment method you selected. For more details, please refer to the reimbursement timeline guidelines.
