Your available reimbursement methods are determined by your company’s program guidelines. In some cases, your company may set a single reimbursement method, and you will not be able to select an alternative option.
The possible reimbursement methods include Direct Deposit, PayPal, Gift Card, and Payroll via paycheck. If you are an international client, reimbursements are issued through your paycheck only.
Direct Deposit:
If your company has enabled Direct Deposit, please refer to the article How to Add Your Bank Information for instructions on linking your bank account. Once approved, direct deposit reimbursements typically arrive in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
Gift Card:
If you select Gift Card as your reimbursement method, you will receive an email from our sister company, Wishlist Rewards (support@wishlistrewards.com), on your processing date or next bill date if reimbursements are processed monthly. This email will prompt you to select your gift card or register your account if this is your first time using Wishlist. Here is an article for more information on both:

Paycheck:
If your company uses payroll for reimbursements, or if you are an international client, reimbursements will be issued through your paycheck. Please contact your company directly for details on which paycheck will include your reimbursement.
PayPal:
If you choose PayPal as your reimbursement method, enter your first and last name and email address or phone number exactly as they appear in your PayPal account settings. You can add this information in your Thrive Account settings or while submitting a reimbursement request.
If you receive an error message, log in to your PayPal account and review your settings by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner. Confirm that your name and email address or phone number match what you entered on the reimbursement form. Once approved, PayPal reimbursements typically arrive within 1 to 3 days.
