Physical Products
Our marketplace includes a wide variety of vendors, each with their own shipping schedules. In most cases, physical products are delivered within one week of placing your order. While delays are uncommon, we understand that they can occasionally occur. If your item has not arrived within two weeks, please contact our Support Team for assistance. We’re happy to help track your order and resolve any issues.
Digital Products (Gift Cards and Subscriptions)
Digital products, including subscriptions and gift cards, are fulfilled quickly.
- Subscriptions are processed promptly after purchase.
- Gift cards are securely delivered through your account. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to view your gift card online. For security reasons, gift cards are no longer sent directly via email.
In most cases, digital delivery details are available within 24–48 hours of purchase.
