Rescheduling policies vary depending on the type of reward and vendor selected. Wishlist always default to the vendor's rescheduling policies.
Wishlist is unable to reschedule reservations on your behalf, so we recommend contacting the vendor directly with the information provided by Wishlist's Customer Experience team and request the changes. If your booking falls within the vendor’s allowed rescheduling window, they should be able to accommodate your request. This is usually the quickest way to arrange a new date and time that works for you.
But for some reason if you are having trouble reaching the vendor, contact the Wishlist Customer Experience team, and we will assist by reaching out to the vendor on your behalf.
