You can find their contact details such as phone, email, or chat on the brand’s official website. If you have activated the gift card, you can also find their contact information on the same page that shows the gift card number and PIN of the card in question.
When contacting them, please have the following details ready. You can find this information in the My Orders table of your Wishlist account for the relevant gift card.
- Gift Card Number/Code
- Date Received
- Amount on card
- Any previous purchases you've made with the card, if any.
