If you are having trouble with your gift card, reach out to the gift card brand's customer support team directly. The best way to do that is to find their contact information on their website by phone, email, or chat. If you have activated the gift card, you can also find their contact information on the same page that shows the gift card number and PIN of the card in question.
Have the following ready for them when you reach out:
- Gift Card Number/Code
- Date Received
- Amount on card
- Any previous purchases you've made with the card
If all of that does not work, please view the gift card in your portal and click Contact Support to reach out or reach out to us directly at support@enjoywishlist.com.
