How Do I Receive and Access My Marketplace Gift Card?

Step 1: Order Confirmation

After purchasing a gift card, you’ll receive a confirmation email (showing either a single item or multiple items, depending on your purchase).

Your e-gift card and redemption instructions will be sent within 3 business days.

Step 2: Check Transaction Status

While processing, your Transaction Information page will show a pending message.

Once fulfilled, you’ll receive an email letting you know your gift card is ready.

Step 3: Locate Your Gift Card
