How Are Gift Cards Delivered

With a few exceptions, Wishlist gift cards are delivered electronically. During checkout, you’ll enter the email address where you'd like to receive your e-gift card.

You’ll receive two emails:

  1. "Your (Brand Name) Gift Card will arrive shortly"

    • Confirms your request
    • Includes the gift card amount and reference number
  2. "Activate your (Brand Name) Gift Card"

    • Contains activation instructions and links to use your gift card

Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your gift card after 24 hours, try the following:

  • Check your Spam, Promotions, or All Mail folders
  • Search your inbox using:
    "Activate your {BRAND NAME} Gift Card"

If you suspect the email address was entered incorrectly, contact support@enjoywishlist.com to update it.


Viewing Gift Cards in Wallet

If you're using the Wallet, once your gift card is processed, you can view it in the My Orders section:

  1. Go to Rewards tab > My Rewards > Rewards Received
  2. Click My Orders
    Click on My Orders

  3. Click the Kebab Menu (three dots) next to “Ready to Use”


  4. Select Order Details

  5. From here, you can activate your card or resend it to your email
