We understand that circumstances change and you may wish to cancel an order. However, canceling a gift card order is unfortunately not feasible. Gift cards are not issued directly by us, they are processed through third-party gift card vendor.
Once you click "Order Now", our system immediately synchronizes with the vendor's system to submit your order. This process is seamless and typically completes within seconds. At that point, the gift card enters processing immediately, making it nearly impossible for us to make changes or cancel it midway. Once the order has been submitted to the system, we are unable to stop or modify the order. Additionally, gift card providers do not permit refunds on processed gift card orders, as the codes are generated instantly.
