When is the last day to modify my reimbursement?

The last day to modify your reimbursement request or reach out to support with documentation to modify your reimbursement depends on your plan year. 

For example, if your plan year is from 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2024, the last day to submit for reimbursement is 1/15/2025 and the last day to modify your reimbursement is 1/22/2025.ThrivePass cannot guarantee that modifications attempted after this date will be approved.
