Is Plaid Secure?

Modified on Wed, Oct 23 at 11:52 AM

ThrivePass offers the functionality to automatically link your bank account to your ThrivePass Account using a third party service called Plaid, allowing your reimbursement to be issued directly to your bank account via direct deposit (if your program is designed to allow reimbursements via direct deposit).

Plaid has rigorous security features that will protect your personal information at all times. When your bank account is linked to your ThrivePass account via Plaid, your account information is securely transmitted between your financial institution and ThrivePass, protecting your sensitive information by using encrypted tokens that shield your actual account information every step of the way. Your banking credentials will never be made accessible to ThrivePass. Please note if you choose to remove your bank account information or change to a new bank account, your previous bank information is no longer stored within our system.

If you ever have any questions regarding how your information is secured by ThrivePass, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team here and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
