If you have made an out-of-pocket purchase for an eligible item, you can submit for a reimbursement request. Your company outlines what is eligible for reimbursement under each wallet.  

  

Eligibility will differ in each wallet. You can click into each category tile on the reimbursement page in your Thrive Account for the definition of what is eligible under that category. If you are unsure if a specific purchase is eligible for reimbursement, please reach out to support@thrivepass.com to confirm.

Please note that for monthly reimbursement requests, you will need to submit a receipt or bank statement with the current or prior month's bill. ThrivePass cannot approve any monthly reimbursement request without the proper documentation.
