If you have made an out-of-pocket purchase on an eligible item, you can submit for a reimbursement request. Your company outlines what is eligible for reimbursement for each wallet.  

  

Eligibility will differ in each wallet so if you are unsure if the purchase fits qualifies, please reach out to support to confirm. You can also hover over each category tile on the reimbursement page for the definition.   

  

Reimbursement Directions: 

  • Go to your Thrive Account  

  •  Click on the correct wallet and category 

  • Click the ‘Get Reimbursed’ Button  

  • Follow the remaining prompts

  

Please note that for monthly reimbursement requests, you will need to submit a receipt or bank statement with the current or prior bill month. ThrivePass cannot approve any monthly reimbursement request without the proper documentation.
