Some employers configure their Thrive Account programs so that unused funds expire. If your company offers multiple wallets, note that each wallet may have different rules and configurations.
If your funds are set to expire, you can use them in the ThrivePass Marketplace (if available) or for eligible expenses outside the Marketplace by submitting a reimbursement. To find your expiration date, log in to your account, open your Thrive Account, and select a wallet. There, you’ll see the deadline for submitting reimbursements.
Keep in mind that only purchases made within the current wallet period are eligible to be applied to your current balance.
