What Amount Should I Request If My Cost Exceeds My Wallet Balance?

Please enter the full cost of your purchase as shown on your proof of payment when submitting your reimbursement request. Reimbursements are issued based on the amount of funds currently available in your wallet.

Example:
If your purchase costs $50 and you have $25 available in your wallet, you should enter $50 when asked, “How much did you pay?” during the submission process. Once approved, you will be reimbursed $25, which reflects the balance available in your wallet at the time of approval.
