Why Does ThrivePass Ask for an Alternate Email Address?

If you have an active membership with one of our Marketplace partners, you can choose to keep that membership active through ThrivePass if you leave your employer. To support this, we require an alternate way to contact you in case you need to make changes to your membership. We will never sell your personal information.

If you leave your employer, your alternate email address will become your new username so you can continue managing your membership. Please note that your alternate email only needs to be verified if you have an active Marketplace membership.
