Sometimes plans change, or you may simply have a change of heart we completely understand and are happy to help. However, due to the way orders are processed, making changes after an order has been placed can be challenging.
Wishlist partners with a variety of vendors to bring you the best products and experiences. Because multiple teams are involved in areas like inventory, printing, and delivery, several steps go into fulfilling your order. As a result, making changes once the order has been placed is often difficult. Once you have completed a purchase on the Marketplace, we are not able to stop it or make changes mid way.
In your "Orders" tab, you can view the history of all past orders. This section is intended for tracking purposes only and does not allow any changes to existing orders. However There are some exceptions for select offerings in the "Experiences" category. While this is not guaranteed for every experience, you may be able to cancel a reservation directly from your "My Orders" table. To check, click the kebab (three-dot) icon next to the relevant order if a cancellation option is available, you can proceed with it there.
If a cancellation is successful:
- The rewards used will be automatically returned to your wallet balance.
- Any upgrade amount paid will be refunded.
