In addition to the wallet funds provided by your company, Performance Rewards are bonus funds awarded to you in recognition of your hard work. These rewards are added directly to your wallet and combined with your existing balance.
You can use these funds toward your Thrive Account, or spend them on eligible products, services, and gift cards available through the ThrivePass Marketplace.
Please note that any active recurring reimbursements will automatically draw from your available wallet balance when they process. This may include any Performance Rewards you’ve received.
