How to Register and Log In Using Single Sign‑On (SSO)

Some employers offer Single Sign‑On (SSO), allowing you to access your ThrivePass account using your existing company credentials.

ThrivePass supports SSO through providers like Okta, Google, Microsoft, and other third‑party platforms. Availability depends on your employer. You’ll usually receive instructions in your registration email. For the best experience, use Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox when logging in.


How to Access Your ThrivePass Account with SSO

  1. Go to app.thrivepass.com
  2. Enter your company email address
  3. You’ll be redirected to your company’s SSO login page
  4. Enter your credentials and follow the prompts
  5. Once authenticated, you’ll be logged into your ThrivePass account


Note: Some companies provide access through an internal system or custom link. In these cases, you may not be able to log in directly from the ThrivePass login page.
