If you are not currently paying for an active membership through your ThrivePass account, you can remove your billing information at any time by following the steps below:
- Log in to your ThrivePass account and select Settings from the left-hand menu
- Scroll down to Debit/Credit Card under the Reimbursement Method section
- Click Remove beneath your saved billing information
If you purchased a membership through ThrivePass, either through the Marketplace or by transferring an existing vendor membership to your ThrivePass account, you will only be able to remove your billing information after the membership has been cancelled. Once the cancellation is complete, you will have the option to delete your billing details.
