If your program does not allow rollover and your funds are forfeited at the end of your plan year, the Marketplace shopping deadline is the final day of that plan year. Purchases made after this cutoff will be applied to your new plan year funds or charged to your credit card on file.
For example, if you make a purchase after the year-end deadline, it will be applied to your next year’s funds rather than the previous year’s balance.
All Marketplace purchases are final. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our Support Team here and we’ll be happy to assist you.
