How to Cancel Your COBRA Coverage

If you need to cancel your COBRA coverage, you have two convenient options:


1. Cancel through the Participant PortalYou can log in to your Thrivepass participant portal and submit a cancellation request directly from your account.

2. Submit a Support Ticket: If you prefer assistance, you can submit a ticket at: https://support.thrivepass.com/

Our team will review and process your request as quickly as possible.


Important Note:  Once your COBRA coverage is terminated, it cannot be reinstated. Please be sure you want to end your coverage before submitting a cancellation request.
