Which Portal Should I Use?
Your COBRA continuation packet includes the correct website link and login instructions. Depending on the packet you received, you will use one of the following:
Nexus – If your packet directs you to this portal, visit https://nexus.thrivepass.com/ and use the registration steps provided in your packet to create your account.
Professional Employer Organization (PEO) – If your previous employer uses a PEO to manage benefits, please use visit this this site and use the registration steps provided in your packet to create your account.
After you sign in, your portal becomes your hub for everything related to your COBRA benefits. You can check your coverage, make payments, review your payment history, and keep your contact information up to date.
