Is it possible to cancel my gift card or exchange it for a different one?

We completely understand that sometimes things change, and you might want to cancel an order. Whether it’s a sudden change of mind or something else, we’re here to help! However, when it comes to gift cards, the process is a bit more complex than other types of orders. Here’s why:

Gift cards are not directly issued by us; they are handled by specialized gift card processors.

Once you click the "Order Now" button, our systems work quickly in sync with the processor's systems to submit the order. This entire process happens typically within just a few seconds. The moment your order is placed, the gift card is essentially "created" and ready to go. Things move pretty fast, and why we are unable to stop or modify the order once it's in the system.

Because of this rapid processing, trying to stop or cancel a gift card order in its tracks becomes quite challenging. The gift card is already generated and is in the hands of the processor, meaning it’s almost impossible to retract the order after it’s placed. Our gift card processors also do not permit refunds on processed gift card orders.
