Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a second step during login, in addition to your password. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to help ensure that only you can access your account.
If your administrator has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account, you’ll be prompted to set it up after creating your password during the registration process. You can choose to receive your authentication code in one of the following ways:
Text message (SMS) — A verification code will be sent to your mobile phone.
Authenticator app — A verification code will be generated using an authenticator app on your mobile device or desktop.
Once enabled, you’ll be asked to enter a verification code each time you sign in to help keep your account secure.
I changed my mobile number. How can I access my account?
If you set up 2FA using your mobile number and later change your phone number, please contact our support team for assistance.
Please note: Updating your phone number in your Wishlist account profile does not automatically update the number associated with your two-factor authentication (2FA) settings. If you are using SMS-based 2FA, you will need to contact support to update or reset your 2FA access.
