Red Wing Shoe Company - Health Equity HSA Transfer of Assets

If you would still like to transfer your HealthEquity HSA to your new ThrivePass HSA account, please complete and send the transfer form available in the following link to HealthEquity (mailing address in Section 2 of the form). Please note, you will need to liquidate your investments (see below), and your transfer request will come with a $25 fee that will be charged by HealthEquity which will be deducted from your account balance prior to the transfer.

To locate your HealthEquity Account number, login to your HealthEquity account at HealthEquity Login and you’ll see it in the top right corner of the Home/Account Summary Screen. You may also contact HealthEquity at 866-346-5800.

Obtain Your ThrivePass Account Number: To locate your ThrivePass Account number, log in to your ThrivePass account at app.thrivepass.com, and go to your Personal Dashboard following this path: Your Benefits > Personal Dashboard and click on the eye icon to view your full HSA account number.
