ThrivePass has rebranded the Wellness Savings Account to the Thrive Account. This update was made on June 11th, 2020.


What this means for your program:  


  • In the Thrive Account, you will access your Wellness Savings Account funds in the "Wellness" wallet.  
  • When you select the "Wellness" wallet, you will have the same options as you do currently; submit a reimbursement or shop the Marketplace (if available). The core functionality is not changing. 
  • Your employer may opt to customize the wallet name called "Wellness" if there is something that is more fitting for your program. 


Why are we rebranding?


We have found that our customers want the ability to provide funds to their employees beyond the use case of wellness. With this new rebrand, we are also providing employers the ability to add multiple wallets with different use cases. This functionality allows employers to provide a specific budget for a defined group of expenses. A relevant example includes setting up a "Work from Home" wallet to allow employees to spend an allocated budget towards office equipment and home internet to support with remote work.
