When will my points show up?

  • Some points will instantly appear, however, your program may include activities that must be approved by a ThrivePass team member prior to you receiving the points. Additionally, some points are dependent upon a 3rd party sending us data to confirm that you completed an activity. In those cases, the points will appear when we receive the data from the 3rd party. Examples include biometric screenings and Health Risk Assessments.

  • Once approved, you will see the points reflected. You can see what is pending approval under the "Your Progress" section of Engage.

  • If you’re looking for points from your Challenge, typically the challenge reward is added once you have met the goal. However, sometimes it can take up to a week after the challenge has ended before you receive credit. We appreciate your patience!

How do I redeem points?

  • Now that you have earned points, you can redeem them in various ways, depending on how your employer configured your account. To redeem your points, select Redeem from the Engage menu. Once you're there, you'll find your options for redemption. You can make your selection on this page.
