  • Navigate to and click on the link that says “Forgot Password?” Enter your company email address and click “Send Link”. You should receive an email from with instructions to reset your password. If you aren’t finding the email, check in your Spam folder first, and if it’s not there, please reach out to us here and we'll be happy to help you.

From our mobile app:

  • From the home screen, click on the “Reset Password” button on the bottom of the screen. On the next screen, enter your company email address and click “Reset”. You will see a screen that asks you to enter a 6-digit OTP code. An OTP code is a unique 6-character code that can only be used once and is sent only to your registered email address. Check your inbox and you should see an email from with a link to reset your password. Click on this link from your mobile device and it will open up your ThrivePass app and fill in the 6-digit code to reset your password. Enter a new password and click “Submit”.
