  • If you have an email associated with your account, navigate to and click "log in." Enter your company email address and click “Next". Click on the link that says “Forgot Password?” Enter the email associated with your account and click "Next." You should receive an email from with instructions to reset your password. If you aren’t finding the email, check in your Spam folder first, and if it’s not there, please reach out to us here and we'll be happy to help you.

  • If you do not have an email associated with your account, you can enter your username and then input 6 digit pin you created during registration. If you do not remember your pin, please reach contact support at (866) 855-2844. We will need to verify your identity to assist you with accessing your account.

  • If you reset your password and receive your registration email, this means you did not set a password and may have signed in through SSO. To set a password, follow the registration process and set a password.

  • If your company requires you to sign in with SSO, you will need to reset your password directly on the platform you are using to sign-in (Gsuite, Okta, Aloha, Office 365). For example, if you are using Okta, you have to reset your password directly through Okta.
